Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and Welcome to the City

Upon your arrival at the airport, our experienced driver will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel located in the heart of Kathmandu. Take this day to explore the vibrant streets and winding alleys, discovering a multitude of restaurants, cafes, and stores in the bustling Thamel area. Alternatively, you can choose to relax in the comfort of your hotel after your long journey.

Day 2: Kathmandu Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square Tour

Day 3: Flight to Nepalgunj and Drive to Bardiya National Park

Today, we embark on an exciting journey to Bardiya National Park. After a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, we continue with a pleasant 2-3 hour drive to reach Bardiya National Park. Along the way, immerse yourself in the local culture with a tour of a Tharu village, where you can learn about their fascinating traditions and way of life.

Day 4: Bardiya Wildlife Safari Adventure

Get ready for an adventurous day exploring the wilderness of Bardiya National Park. With the jeep safari, you can easily spot wild animals as you traverse the tall grasslands. Alternatively, you can visit a crocodile breeding facility or take a tranquil jungle walk to fully immerse yourself in the serene surroundings and visit the  Tharu Museum, which offers intriguing insights into the extraordinary Tharu culture.

Day 5: Tiger Tracking and Bird Watching

Embark on another day of exhilarating tiger quest as we venture deep into the wilderness of Bardiya National Park. With its vast expanses and rich biodiversity, this park offers a high chance of encountering the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger. As a less populated national park, Bardiya offers excellent opportunities to spot the Royal Bengal Tigers, with more than 125 of these majestic creatures calling the park home. Accompanied by our experienced guides, we’ll navigate through the park’s dense forests and grasslands, keeping our senses heightened in anticipation of a remarkable tiger sighting. As we explore the tiger’s natural habitat, we’ll learn about their behavior, conservation efforts, and the vital role they play in maintaining the park’s delicate ecosystem. Additionally, Bardiya is a haven for bird enthusiasts, with a wide variety of avian species making this park their home. So, keep your binoculars ready as we immerse ourselves in a captivating bird-watching experience amidst the pristine wilderness of Bardiya National Park. Day 6: Karnali River Dolphin Sightseeing, Drive to Nepalgunj, and Flight Back to Kathmandu

Today, we head to the Karnali River for a delightful Dolphin Sightseeing tour. This is a unique opportunity to observe the Gangetic river dolphins (Platanista gangetica) that reside in the Karnali River. Although their population has declined, there are still around 100 dolphins in Nepal, with approximately twenty of them living in the Karnali River. After this fantastic wildlife experience, we drive back to Nepalgunj and catch a flight back to Kathmandu. Take a leisurely walk around the local markets in Thamel, engage in souvenir shopping if you desire, have a farewell dinner and simply unwind in one of the numerous cafes and bars on your last night in Nepal.

Day 7: Departure

Today marks the end of your memorable wildlife adventure in Nepal. We will transfer you to the international airport for your departure flight. We hope you carry fond memories of Nepal, its fabulous wildlife, the warm-hearted people, and their welcoming smiles.
